Located on Vancouver’s prestigious Point Grey Road, this home received unanimous first-pass development permit approval from City staff. Despite the challenges of the RT-8 zone, the design successfully met numerous criteria. Highlights include limestone cladding, 16” metal roofing panels, European gutters and downspouts, a custom embossed gate, smoked glass, and refined curb appeal. Amenities extend to a sauna, rooftop hot tub, and entertainment area. Thoughtful attention was given to creating a secure property that remains open and welcoming to the community. From the curved entry steps to the elliptical dormers, the project demonstrates a cohesive architectural language rooted in craft and context.
